### Who are SPEKTRUM Kinderteater?
SPEKTRUM Kinderteater has been part of the South African theatre landscape since *1991*.
For more than three decades, they have been creating theatre productions designed to entertain, engage and communicate meaningful ideas through performance. Their work has included a wide variety of productions, characters and stories, with theatre used not simply as entertainment, but as a way of communicating with audiences in an accessible and memorable way.
That long history is important.
Thirty-five years of creating theatre means SPEKTRUM understands that people don’t always learn best by sitting in a classroom and being given information. Sometimes a story, a character, a little humour and a good performance can communicate an idea far more effectively.
